Bloom (“we,” “us,” or “our”) offers subscription-based access to our AI-powered job search and application services. The following Cancellation & Refund Policy governs how you may cancel your subscription and request a refund.
Cancellation Policy
Canceling Your Subscription
You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged for future subscription periods. Canceling will stop future billing; however, previous payments will not be refunded automatically, you must follow the instructions in the Refund Policy section below to request a refund.
How to Cancel
- Navigate to your Account page.
- Click on Manage Subscription to access the integrated Payment Portal.
- Cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the next scheduled payment to avoid additional charges.
- Email requests for cancellation are not sufficient; you must cancel directly through the Payment Portal.
Refund Policy
General Refund Terms
All purchases made through Bloom are final and non-refundable, except as outlined in this Refund Policy or under specific service terms.
Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Email support@bloom.ai with:
- Your order details
- A detailed explanation of your request
- Your order details
- Submit your request within 7 days of the original purchase or charge date.
- If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5–14 business days to appear on your account statement, depending on your financial institution.
